About this puzzle
The classic tile-clearing logic game. Click a tile to reveal it, revealing a number that tells you how many mines are in the 8 surrounding tiles, or nothing at all if there are none nearby, which automatically clears the surrounding area. Right-click (or use flag mode on touch devices) to mark a tile you believe hides a mine. Your first click is always safe.

- How do I flag a mine on a touchscreen?
- Use the flag-mode toggle above the board to switch taps from revealing tiles to flagging them, then tap again to switch back to revealing.
- Is the first click ever a mine?
- No, mines are placed only after your first click, and never on that tile or its immediate neighbors, so you always get a safe opening.
- How do the difficulty levels differ?
- Easy is a 9×9 board with 10 mines, medium is 16×16 with 40 mines, and hard is 16×30 with 99 mines, the same board sizes used by the original Windows Minesweeper.
