Using the site
Fun Puzzles provides free, browser-based puzzles for personal entertainment. You may play them for any lawful purpose, without creating an account or paying anything. There’s no subscription, no usage limit, and no requirement to attribute the site.
No warranty
The puzzles are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make a good-faith effort to keep them correct (a Sudoku puzzle without a unique solution, or a Minesweeper board with an unfair first click, isn’t fun for anyone), but we don’t guarantee any puzzle is free of bugs or generation errors. If something looks genuinely broken, let us know.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun Puzzles and its operator aren’t liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its puzzles, including data loss (such as saved progress or a best score), or any other direct or indirect damages.
Your content
Fun Puzzles doesn’t collect names, guesses, or gameplay input from you in any form that leaves your browser. Puzzle progress and best scores are stored locally on your device only. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Don’t use automated means to scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the site in a way that degrades it for other users, and don’t attempt to circumvent any security or access controls. Otherwise, play however’s fun for you.
Third-party services
The site may display ads via Google AdSense and uses privacy-focused, cookie-free web analytics for aggregate traffic data. Those services operate under their own terms, linked from the Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time as the site changes. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
